BRAND NEW SIN: Final Appearance Of 2006 Scheduled For Tomorrow
December 28, 2006New York's BRAND NEW SIN will play the final show of 2006 on Friday, December 29 at the Country Club in Syracuse. Also appearing on the bill are SEEMLESS, BULLY andFROM RUINS. The show is only $10 and 18 and over are welcome with proper ID. Doors open at 8 p.m.
BRAND NEW SIN is continuing to promote its acclaimed new album "Tequila". The group recently shot a video for the new track "Motormeth" in its hometown of Syracuse in front of over 2,000 rabid fans. The clip is now available on the Century MediaYouTube page.
"Tequila" was recorded at Method of Groove studios in Brooklyn with producer Joey Z (LIFE OF AGONY, STEREOMUD). The disc, mastered by the acclaimed George Marino (METALLICA, AC/DC, GUNS N' ROSES) at Sterling Sound, features a guest vocal appearance by Peter Steele (TYPE O NEGATIVE) on the track "Reaper Man". The group also recently recorded a new version of the entrance theme music for Big Show, the 7-foot, 500-pound ECW wrestler. The theme, "Crank It Up", was first heard on the compilation CD "WWE: Wreckless Intent", which debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard chart.
BRAND NEW SIN will team up with SOIL, GODHEAD and LENNON for a three-week U.K. tour beginning on January 5 in Phoenix, England
